Note: PersonalTrainerTool.com is a B2B SaaS platform. Personal trainers pay to use our services. The platform does not facilitate or process payments from clients to trainers.

3. Account & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are solely responsible for all content, data, and interactions made using your account.

4. Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious software or attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
• Share or transmit sensitive personal data unless legally permitted

5. Data Handling & Privacy

• We collect and store training and client data, which may include personal and health-related information.
• Media uploads may be supported in the future and will be subject to these terms.

• All payments are processed via Stripe. By using our platform, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• No refunds are provided for any payments made.

• Trainers are solely responsible for the appropriateness and safety of any training advice or services offered through the platform.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion and without notice in case of misuse or breach of these terms.
• Termination does not entitle the user to any refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (excluding user-submitted data) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zurich, Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
